What is most helpful about working with Roomtique?
Using Roomtique is a great way to develop a road map for future design decisions. Even if you can't complete an entire room at one time, we will provide design options to guide any future purchases that might be required to complete your space.
What is the typical turnaround time for a project?
We will respond within 24 hours to all inquiries. After we understand the total scope of your project and have all necessary information, we will give you an estimated turnaround time. Roomtique is committed to providing beautiful designs efficiently saving you time and money. Most projects can be completed within three weeks. If it will take longer, you will be notified.
What if I don't see a service or package that covers my design need? Feel free to contact us. We will be happy to let you know if we can assist you with something outside of our standard service offering and what the cost might be.
What if I don't like something in the design that was provided by Roomtique? Three design options will be provided with most services. In addition, one revision to any design option will be provided at no additional charge.
What if I purchase a service and/or package and decide that the service and/or package is no longer needed?
An interior designer will call you to discuss your project needs when you purchase a service and/or package. If during that call it is determined that our services aren't a good fit for your project, we will refund you your money within one week of that call.
Which designer will work on my project? While a single designer may head up your project, Roomtique is very collaborative and by the time the design is presented to you, each designer will have reviewed your package.
What if I don't see the style that I am looking for in your gallery?
We are professional designers that have years of experience working with many different styles and tastes. We can accommodate any style you throw at us!
